extracts from CDs

" There is a very useful tool which simply says, 'Don't believe everything you think'…"

" We can confidently follow the 'path of the heart', knowing that all mistakes made along the way are immeasurably valuable…. "

(Poem) "May every wave in every sea wash away the man that hides me, until all that is left is the sea within, flowing free-form with the heavenly sound of eternal change."

" Nature teaches us that out of confusion comes order. It is not that order develops in spite of the confusion; but rather, that order is the given, lawful, next step in the cycle of change…."

stories and testimonials

Stories of those helped by this recording
:

A psychiatrist used the material like a 'guiding light' to bring him through his own nervous breakdown.

A young woman experiencing a psychotic breakdown heard the gentle words and came out of seclusion to begin her long road to recovery. She said, "To know that this man really understood, gave me my first glimmer of hope."

Testimonial:

"It is nearly 2 years since I first listened to your CDs and now I find I can give them to special people in need and know they express honesty, sincerity and truth.
Over the past 2 years I have slowly allowed my 'inner self' and intuition to take a more important part in my life and your words have helped me do this."

"I just wanted to let you know how much your CD Nervous Breakthrough has helped me. I suffered a severe nervous breakdown in January and have been struggling with so fear about what has happened to me and still struggling with anxiety and depression. We had several traumatic and stressful situations in our lives this part year and I guess it just caught up with me. I have been seeing a psychologist for 4 months now and has not helped much. I was amazed when I listened to your CD. It was word for word exactly what I am going through. Your coping techniques have helped me tremendously. I use the concentrating on what I'm doing right now to not get overwhelmed with future. And also being outside has been such a comfort to me so when you relate everything to nature it really made sense to me. just wanted to take the time to thank you and let you know what a difference you have made for me. Sincerely.."

"This is an excellent CD. It was the first time I heard of someone else experiencing what I was going through which was a terrifying experience. Hearing Ron’s voice gave me hope that I could survive a very difficult period. The CD explained what I was going through and how to use this painful experience to grow and heal. What made the CD special to me was that Ron himself is a therapist who experienced a nervous breakdown and his honesty and openness was refreshing and encouraging. There are many wonderful and different healing techniques on the CD that provide support and some relief. I listened to the CDs many times at the beginning of my healing journey and it remains one of my favourite CDs. I speak from my heart that this CD alone helped to deal with the profound sense of loneliness and isolation I felt as I experienced a “nervous breakthrough”. I thoroughly enjoyed the Australian accent of Ron as I am an American living in the United States."

"I am at last able to send you something towards the self-help recordings you sent me so long ago, and for which I am very thankful.
'Nervous Breakthrough' was especially wonderful as it helped me to nurture myself through the 'terrors' and I learned through the experience how terrible it is to deny how you feel and to soldier through as if in a battle without honour or purpose.

Some Correspondence:

Hello Ron,
I have a quick question, if you don’t mind. Do any of your writings include anything about Kundalini energy, or do you have any thoughts about this experience?
Regards,
Mary D. Ballarat, Victoria

Dear Mary,
The Nervous Breakthrough CDs, although not using the word Kundalini, are clearly describing what could be a rough Kundalini experience in someone who was not at all prepared spiritually or emotionally. I feel that many ‘breakdown’ experiences which involve panic attacks could well be the forerunner of a journey into the unknown of oneself. Mine certainly was life-changing in that the level of fear was so intense and persisted for so long that it forced me to explore outside of the usual way of looking at the world. For me, fear is but the shadow of love, and the greater the fear, the greater the progressive awakening into universal love which is waiting in the wings.
Hope this can be of some use.
Warm regards,
Ron

Dear Ron,
Thank you for your reply. I had in fact ordered four of your CD’s prior to sending my original email.
Perhaps you may consider incorporating the word Kundalini into your work and/or advertising. I feel that those people who believe themselves to be undergoing this experience, are looking for all the help they can get! I am referring particularly to those who have experienced a spontaneous release of Kundalini energy, and who are clearly not at all prepared. Maybe you will give this some thought of your own.
This aside, can I say that I could relate deeply to what you wrote Ron, in your email. About the panic attacks being a forerunner of the journey into the unknown of oneself, and about fear being the shadow of love.
I wish you well. You are doing a wonderful thing by being so candid about your own experiences. Thank-you.
Regards,
Mary

Received the CD’s today, Ron – thank you. What can I say? It is so moving. So, so beautiful.
It really is.
Mary
